With this charcoal barbecue, rediscover the joy of cooking and lighting it quickly! Two ventilation holes are used to distribute the charcoal; these are adjustable to control airflow and prevent the charcoal from burning too quickly. There is a ventilation hole below the hearth, near the ash catcher, and another near the hood to ensure air circulation.
